09-09-2016. Love it here came here from Huntington Beach CA and bought a home with Ocean Views for less than my condo in CA. I shop in Warrenton across the bridge mostly and schools are really nice. Its a slower pace on the peninsula but its still a tourist town in Long Beach so love the feel of downtown. It was nothing like the old articles stated. Phone Verizon and Charter Cable.
